What to write about

  • Workshops and master classes for your city or country
  • Long-term cooperation with organizers
  • Questions about Lightroom presets, textures and editing materials
  • Portfolio, print and collaboration requests

Workshops have been held in St. Petersburg, The Hague, Sochi, Sevastopol, Moscow, Minsk and Kiev, and a workshop requires an organizer in the destination country.

The same archive of fine art photographs is published on social networks and on Behance, where each series is presented in more detail.

Photography started for me as a convenient form of self-expression, somewhere along the way replacing drawing and painting as my main way of thinking things through. What began with a small compact camera grew into a serious practice built around landscape and architectural subjects from my hometown and beyond. Today the archive on this site gathers photographs made over many years, along with the notes and experiments that shaped them. The work is deliberately quiet and observational, more about light, weather and structure than about spectacle.

The technical side of the work matters to me just as much as the artistic one. I learned architecture at university, which taught me to see buildings as compositions of proportion, rhythm and material, and that training still informs how I frame every shot. Cameras come and go, but the habit of working deliberately with available light has stayed constant. Editing materials, presets and tutorials I have developed along the way are available for anyone interested in moving from a raw frame to a finished image.

Workshops and master classes are a big part of what I do now. They run for small groups, in person and online, and are built around practical shooting sessions rather than slides. I aim to give participants a clear understanding of the camera, of composition and of the editing workflow, so that afterwards they can continue confidently on their own. Each session adapts to the level of the group, and there is always room for questions, since the most useful learning often happens in conversation.

Cooperation, commissions and print orders are also part of my working life, and I am always open to hearing about new projects. Organizers who would like to arrange a workshop in their city, or photographers who want to exchange ideas, are welcome to get in touch. The quickest way to reach me is by email or phone, and short messages are perfectly fine. Whatever the reason for writing, you will get a direct answer from me, and I will help you find the right format, timeline or piece of work for your needs.
